2. Product Delivery

Once payment is confirmed, you can download purchased products on your account page under “Downloads.” This usually occurs within 10-15 minutes after completing the payment. Some special products may be delivered after a few hours up to 12 hours after payment completion (usually 2 or 3 hours). You will also receive an email with information on how to download the product. Please use a valid email address when registering.

If you use PayPal e-Check, processing your order may take a few days.

All individual digital products are purchased with the ability to download and receive free updates for one year from the date of purchase.

3. Payment and Renewal

General Terms: By selecting a product or service, you agree to pay ShopForexEA a one-time, monthly, or annual registration fee as stated (additional payment terms may be included in other contact information). Registration payment will be charged on a prepayment basis on the day you register. Upgrades will include using that service for the duration of the monthly or annual registration as stated. Payments are non-refundable.

Automatic Renewal: Unless you notify ShopForexEA before the end of the current registration period that you want to cancel your registration, your registration will automatically renew, and you authorize us to collect the annual or monthly registration fee thereafter for that registration (as well as any taxes) using any credit card or other payment mechanism we have on record for you. Upgrades can be canceled at any time by sending your request to ShopForexEA in writing.

4. Refund Policy

No refunds under any circumstances.

For completely unusable digital products identified by us, you will receive an equivalent product in our store.

5. Support Policy

We only provide basic technical support (consultation). For example, we may assist in installing digital products, but we do not perform any freelance work.

If you need installation or setup services for purchased products on our website, please request assistance.

6. Privacy Policy

Any information provided by the buyer will only be used for transaction, delivery, and notification of new software products and solutions for any customer service issues.

Some EAs and Indicators come with custom dll file which can be flagged by antivirus and not let you download the file we sent you, you need turn off your antivirus and then download the file and install the EA or Indicator in your Metatrader platform and add the file to your antivirus exclusions for the EA or Indicator to work correctly. Right below is a video instructing you to install them, please watch the videos carefully and then only purchase the product if you okay with this process, no refunds will be provided strictly if you ignore this message and purchase the product without knowledge.
 
 

We guarantee that any digital products purchased on the website do not contain any harmful software, viruses, or advertisements. However, we do not provide any guarantee that the products purchased on the website will work exactly as desired; no guarantee of identical operation to each new update released compared to older versions; such as newly discovered bugs.

We will not refund purchases you made for any reason such as loss or using EA directly without testing and mastering it. Success in the forex market requires high patience and risk management without playing with your own emotions. If you are new to the forex market and assume making money without practicing, such complaints will be accepted by us. Any EA or Indicator purchase will only support you 50-70%, and the remaining 30% depends on how you work with it, considering market timing, News events, risk management, Emotions, greed, etc. Only when you are ready to comply with the terms, proceed with the purchase.
